This has decreased my head aches dramatically. It has helped keep my arms from going numb at night too.

I dont often give 5 stars but this is deserved because after trying multiple pillows i think this is the one im sticking with for the rest of my life. Great neck support and breathability. I like that its lower than most pillows with this shape so yea i recommend it
